Euro-Egyptian Cultural Programme

>مشروع “البرنامج الثقافي الأوروبي المصري” الممول من الاتحاد الأوروبي في مصر هو عبارة عن شراكة بين بعثة الاتحاد الأوروبي في مصر (EUD) واتحاد المعاهد الثقافية الأوروبية في مصر (EUNIC). يهدف المشروع إلى تعزيز المشاركة الثقافية الأوروبية المصرية كقوة دافعة للتنمية الاجتماعية والاقتصادية المستدامة في مصر.
يتماشى هدف المشروع مع المصلحة المشتركة لوفد الاتحاد الأوروبي في القاهرة (EUD) ومجموعة EUNIC في مصر لتسهيل وتمكين وتعزيز المشاركة الثقافية الأوروبية المصرية في مصر على النحو المبين في الترتيب الإداري لعام 2017 ، وكذلك مع النهج الاستراتيجي الشامل للاتحاد الأوروبي للثقافة في العلاقات الخارجية.

The EU-funded project Euro-Egyptian Cultural Programme in Egypt is a partnership between the EU Delegation to Egypt (EUD) and the European Union National Institutes for Culture (EUNIC) Cluster in Egypt. The project aims at strengthening European-Egyptian cultural engagement as a driving force for sustainable social and economic development in Egypt.
The project objective is in line with the shared interest of the EU Delegation in Cairo (EUD) and the EUNIC Cluster Egypt to facilitate and enable synergies for enhanced European- Egyptian cultural engagement in Egypt as outlined in their 2017 Administrative Arrangement, as well as with the overall EU strategic approach to culture in external relations

تتكون EUNIC مصر حاليا من 13 عضوا/دولة. يتم اختيار EUNIC لتنفيذ المشروع من خلال الاعتراف بالخبرة الفنية لأعضائها في هذا القطاع ، ومعرفتهم بالدولة والجهات الفاعلة الرئيسية فيها. بالاتفاق مع مجموعة EUNIC مصر ، تم تفويض إدارة هذا المشروع إلى معهد جوته بالقاهرة بصفته ممثلًا عن واتحاد المعاهد الثقافية الأوروبية في مصر (EUNIC) ، لقيادة تنفيذ مشروع البرنامج الثقافي المصري الأوروبي في مصر.

EUNIC Egypt currently consists of 13 members. The selection of EUNIC for the project implementation is driven by recognition of its members’ technical expertise in this sector and their knowledge of the country and its major actors. With EUNIC Cluster Egypt’s agreement, this project’s management has been delegated to Goethe-Institute in Cairo acting as a representative of the EU National Institutes for Culture (EUNIC) Egypt, to lead delivery and implementation of the project Euro-Egyptian Cultural Programme in Egypt

دوائر الإبداع هو أحد المشاريع التى تنفذ فى إطار بروتوكول التعاون بين المجلس الأعلى للثقافة واتحاد المعاهد الثقافية الأوروبية ، وتنظمه الإدارة المركزية لشئون رئيس المجلس الأعلى للثقافة.
وقد تطور المشروع عبر مرحلتين:
دوائر الإبداع 1 عام 2020 وشملت تدريب أونلاين في الإدارة الثقافية ومنحة في مجال الصناعات الثقافية.
دوائر الإبداع 2 وهو حاضنة لعدد من المشاريع الثقافية الصغيرة لشباب الأقاليم من القطاعين الحكومي وغير الحكومي.
وتعمل الحاضنة على تقديم الدعم التدريبي في مجال الإدارة الثقافية للعاملين بالمجال الثقافي كما تمنح في مرحلتها الأخيرة الدعم المالى والفنى للمشاريع الأكثر ابتكارا واكتمالا وفقا لضوابط ومحددات معلنة.

creative circles is one of the projects which implemented within the framework of the cooperation protocol between the Egyptian Supreme Council of Culture and EUNIC Egypt and organized by the Central Administration for the Affairs of the President of the Supreme Council of Culture.
The project developed through two phases: creative circles 1 in 2020 and included online training in cultural management and grant in the field of cultural industries
Then creative Circles 2 project, which is an incubator for a number of small cultural projects for the youth of the regions from both the governmental and non-governmental sectors
